The location was ideal to visit most of the sites on our itinerary. The property itself was recently renovated in a consistent fashion with matching hardware, practical and thoughtful furnishings, comfortable mattresses and pillows, etc. The bathroom was spacious, modern, and the hot water in the shower and sink was readily available. The property owners, Tomer and Roy, were the ultimate hosts. The wonderful daily breakfasts served was breathtaking. From the fruit bowls with yogurt, fresh cut salads, delicious baked breads, cream cheese and smoked salmon, croissants, fresh squeezed orange juice, and much more. The overall atmosphere of the property was warm, comfortable, and relaxing.

Great location- a lot going on all around. Only 3 minutes to malchei Yisroel, the “1” bus to the Kosel, and all the shops and eateries. A minyan (factory) on the block. Also very good customer service, and extremely helpful for all our needs.

There are several aspects in the hotel which made our stay there superb: 1) Infinite access to their local tasty wine 2) The infinity pools, both the public one and the private one in our room which were warm in the winter 3) The hot tub in our private room, which was amazing at night under the clear sky stars 4) The rich flora along all the hotel paths

It is perfectly located on Salah Al-din street, only about 5-10 minute walk to Bab Al Mod in heart of Jerusalem. The location is amazing! We were extremely grateful for the hospitality from the start and the help we received with our luggage. We had many luggage because we were flying the next day and the staff helped us bring everything to our rooms and made sure our family was very comfortable. They went above and beyond and were very helpful.

Absolutely EVERYTHING went SUPER WELL. Location, room and breakfast were excellent. Aya, the young woman, manager at the restaurant is a GEM, she made breakfast time a fantastic experience beyond the food. The owner of the hotel was very personable, kind, wonderful! He responded immediately to our requests and questions. We felt very cared for. It was a pleasure to stay at Jerusalem Hotel.
