We were a family with two young kids. The pool was a real treat and the open view and privacy is wonderful. The suite was very spacious and accommodating.

This was my second stay, and once again, everything was perfect. The room was spotless, the shower had tremendous pressure and temperature, and they’ve thought of all the little comforts - coffee, tea, and all the essentials were ready and waiting. The attention to detail and the warm, welcoming atmosphere make this place a gem. I’ll be returning - it’s quickly become one of my favorite stays!

I chose this hotel after reading a lot of reviews of Be'ersheva hotels. I had some concerns as some reviews spoke to some noise as it faces a major street in the Old City.. After booking my room I requested that I be assigned a quiet, clean non allergenic room with a full bed. I find hotel rooms in Israel often use 2 twin beds and push together. After booking the room I received a message about the continental breakfast. I was initially concerned as after booking the room with breakfast I was concerned that a " continental " breakfast would be insufficient. A continental breakfast in Canada/ USA often has mostly/ entirely only carbohydrates . Upon arrival at the hotel I was greeted by the very charming and delightful Orie who had assigned me a quiet room as requested with a full bed and instructed me to keep windows shut to drown out any potential street noise and use a/c if needed. The room was very well appointed and clean and in addition to the full bed had an addition twin bed which would have been useful if I was with extra family members/. The room had 2 complimentary bottles of water I had a very restful sleep. In the morning I spoke with Shaked and Shai at front desk reception who were equally as charming as Orie. Hotel staff is generally quite young and vibrant very polite/ kind who provided great customer service. Sammy who cleaned my room was also friendly While this is the norm in USA/ Canada unfortunately it often is not in Israel where customer service and attitude is often not as good. Upon entering the breakfast area I was delighted that the Continental Breakfast was actually very varied with a tremendous amount and variety of yogurts, cheese, dips, breads, shakshuka with eggs,, nuts, juices, coffees etc. I had a very full and varied breakfast. Everyone including customers/ staff was in a good mood and I enjoyed interacting with Israeli, French and American guests. Chen ( spelling?

Beautiful property, very pleasant stay. We loved the Jacuzzi area, very relaxing. The place met out expectations and beyond. Very kind hostess allowing us to make changes in our reservation as per a family event, even though we chose a non modifiable type of reservation. We appreciate that.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and lies in a little oasis inside the old city of Beer Sheva. We didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the property but wish we had more time to spend there and plan to return when we are next in town.
