But no,imagine my surprise, even if you live in this hotel in rooms that they consider to be among the best, you pay for the spa separately! Staying at a hotel doesn't even give you any discount on a spa trip! A greedy owner is greedy in everything, but more on that later. We arrived at the hotel - and we were put into a room, we were immediately surprised by several things, firstly, I could not pay for the spa from the reception, and secondly, I was offered to go down with all the things to the spa and arrange with them myself, instead of calling them from the reception and negotiate for me. Lack of service from the first minutes. When I go down to the spa, dragging 3 bags along, and by the way, why don't the hotel staff carry my bags to the room themselves? Or I didn't buy a Business Class room from them?
