Om Sai Beach Huts is truly the best beach stay I have ever experienced! The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, and the warm hospitality makes it a memorable place. The cottages are beautifully designed, clean, and offer stunning views, being located right on the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves. It’s the perfect getaway for relaxation and rejuvenation. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene beach escape!

"I recently spent an incredible time at the Goa Beach Villa. The resort is a true gem with all-new, modern amenities. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, equipped with the latest facilities. They provide us kattle,tea pouch, sugar, coffee pouch The private beach access is a massive plus, offering a perfect, tranquil spot away from the crowds. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional staff, especially Shaisha, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. It's a very safe and welcoming environment, ideal for both couples and families. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway."

Beautiful location, rooms and facilities were fantastic. We had a top floor panoramic sea view room and the view was just exceptional. Lovely large balcony to relax on. Staff were really helpful, cleaning was done to a high standard. Lovely little bar/ restaurant which is associated with the hotel and again cannot fault anything there - staff very helpful. I don't think there is a better spot in agonda! We hope to return next year

The place is well located away from the frequented area of Agonda so it's quiet. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The balconies available for each room are very nice. The hosts and their daughter were very kind and helpful, always willing to please. They provided toilet paper and towels..definitely a win! We enjoyed our two day stay and would definitely stay again.

I loved the ambience of the place. The rooms were clean. The staff is really helpful . He goes out of his way to provide what we need. The pool is super cool as we enjoyed the riverside pool swim in the lap of nature. Although this is a new property, the way it is handled, that's amazing. Waiting to plan next trip to South Goa and Vintage.

    Agonda is a nice small village, you can walk all the way, touristy enough to find many restaurants, massages places and hotels with sea view but not too touristy so it is chill, relaxing/calm, not crowded (in March), walk/run on the beach, go swimming and kayaking. There are boats excursions too. I recommend for those who need a break !!!

    We had an amazing stay at Agoda Beach Villa, Goa and would definitely come back again. The location is just perfect—less than 50 meters from a beautiful, clean beach that’s not at all overcrowded. It really gives you that peaceful, relaxing vibe you hope for in a beach holiday. The property itself is well-maintained with a small garden and lovely surroundings. We stayed in a beach-facing room and the view was absolutely stunning—you can see and hear the waves right from your balcony. There’s a nice sitting area to relax and enjoy the breeze, which we loved. The rooms were very clean and neatly arranged, and the bathroom was surprisingly big and spacious. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always made sure we were comfortable. The owners were warm and welcoming, which made our experience even better. Compared to other places we checked out, this villa really stood out for its view, cleanliness, and the quiet, serene environment. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with a great view and beach access, this is the place to be.

    IAgonda beach is beautiful.

    IAgonda beach is beautiful. It’s quiet and peaceful and we even saw t baby turtles hatched and let out into the sea one evening that was incredible. There was some nice little restaurants started about along the beach but it is a very quiet resort so if you don’t like peace and quiet this is not the place for you however if you want to reset your batteries and have peace and serenity you need to come sunsets also are incredible

    In response to confronting management about the agressive...

    In response to confronting management about the agressive street dogs barking all day and night We were threatened and screamed at as the owner denied the dogs being on the property claiming they were on the beach (this was a phone call and I was surrounded by dogs at the time) At this time I was requesting 1 hour late check out which is at 11 and we were requesting a noon check out due to our late start from the non stop barking all day and night from the aggressive street dogs. We were denied late checkout We were screamed at and threatened. We were threatened that we would be charged for an additional night (this all took place at 11:30 am, 30 minutes after official checkout time) at which point the room was empty and all of our luggage was in the car. We were screamed at and threatened for no reason. We are both women and management was an angry and disrespectful man. After, when signing out of the hotel the rusted metal fan to the right of the counter chopped the tip of my friends finger off splattering blood all over the reception. It was tragic and we spent the day in the hospital getting stitches and shots. Management asked my friend to sign out of the hotel in their log book again after the injury while her finger was spraying blood everywhere as we rushed to the car to rush to the hospital where she received stitches.

    A regular to Goa, this was our first time exploring the southern beaches and we really got lucky picking the right beach and stay! Agonda is a quiet, clean, non commercial beach, and Agonda Sunset opens straight onto the beach. The staff is very helpful, courteous and hospitable - special shout out to Anoop for giving us amazing food recommendations and helping us plan our itinerary and travel. The restaurant has a wide variety of food options and the food is amazing. You don’t really need to step out anywhere- just relax and unwind!

    Location was great, it’s on the end of Agonda beach which means it’s even quieter than the already quiet agonda. The Villas face onto the beach meaning sitting out on the deck is a pleasure. The staff were very nice, attentive and friendly. The hotel has two restaurants, we only tried the one on the beach, it was amazing, the food was great and the staff were great. One of their curries was so good I asked the chef for the recipe and he came up to the restaurant to tell me how to cook it at home. All round a great stay.

    Perfect location at the best part of Agonda beach. The huts are spotlessly clean and nicely finished to feel luxury. The pool is very clean and welcoming. The resturant was amazing, we kept thinking we should not eat at our hotel all the time but actually it had some of the best food in Agonda. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We were a group of 9 staying in different huts and subsequent locations in south Goa - this was everyone's favourite place we stayed at the end of our trip.

    Had the pleasure to stay in Om Sai Beach huts for couple of days and it was unforgettable experience. The rooms were clean and spacious. Sea view huts are highly recommended. Had an amazing candle light dinner experience and food was very tasty especially the seafood platter . If you are in South goa you must visit this place for seafood experience Overall, it was a wonderful experience with beautiful sea view rooms and tasty food.
