Had a really great time at this place! The rooms were clean and well-equipped. There was a nice swimming pool and the spa services were really impressive! The place is really close to the beach, a very comfortable walk. The only thing I'll say is that there is only one nice restaurant to eat in the walkable vicinity. But if you can get an auto, there's a few nice places to go to. I want to especially mention Clint, the manager, who was lovely to talk to and really helpful. Unfortunately my son got hurt during the trip and he took him to the hospital.

It was a great pleasure staying in Amaya! The property is just gorgeous, the rooms are decorated with so much love and attention to details that it feels like home. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We really loved our dinners served on the terrace. All the additional services that we booked we also great. The yoga teacher is extremely proficient and the massage therapists were good as well. First time being in Kerala and finding Ameya is pure luck! We will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Everything! The staff were unbelievably helpful and kind, that's everyone who worked at the beach garden! The place is immaculate, the room was perfect, great breakfast and food all accompanied by the sound of the sea, the best thing ever to hear It's situated out of town but easily accessible by rickshaw and walking and so nice that it's out of the way, it really is idyllic. If you look on Google earth at the address, you'll see the new flyover, do not let you put that off, you'll never even notice it and it gave great shade on our walks to the town. I can't say enough about this place, I'll be back for sure. Daniela and Ragi and all their lovely staff, thank you for everything.

TRAVANN Hotel in Alleppey was an amazing experience! The views of the backwaters were stunning, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is large, offering plenty of space for kids to play and enjoy. One of the highlights was watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee, as they had placed chairs outside towards the backwaters for guests to fully enjoy the view. The breakfast was also great, with a variety of delicious options, including traditional local food. A perfect place for a relaxing stay.

It was an amazing stay.I stayed one night in this property, and it felt like home, with a really calm and quiet atmosphere.The room is neat and clean, and the bed is also very comfy. The staff was really kind, especially Mr. Akku, who helped us throughout our stay. Also, they have a restaurant nearby named Silver Spoon Delicacy. We tried the special Alleppey fish curry from there, and it was very yummy. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a budget-friendly, peaceful stay in Alleppey.

We had a great time staying at the hotel. The room was large, clean, and had a nice sitting space. The staff were very nice and helpful.     Ours was a stopover on the way to Trivandrum. We left around 6.30 am and took the Alleppey Changanachery road. It was a wonderful experience of around 21 KMs straight highway with water on both the sides of the road.

    Trying to choose what boats to rent on line was mind boggling, ask your hotel advise and arrange through them. We found, shikkara boat ride, 14:30 to 18:30, amazing. Then, next day, 11 AM to 5 PM day house boat, also amazing.

    Interesting area, but to be honest everything was the same , coconut trees on the river banks, nothing really to do so a nice time to just relax & watch the world go by but could do it with a day trip

    Some wonderful views. It's a safe area. Some of the prices are very low and the food is excellent. Two days is enough in Kochi, one day enough in Athirapilly, three days Munnar, three days Kumily. We finished off with seven days in Alleppy which was a day too long. Research on accomodation essential. Don't be frightened of homestays or eating out but be careful and wash your hands properly and often especially after handling food. Bargain down trips and purchases but not too much; people are poor and sometimes desperate for work - don't take advantage by arguing ovr £1!!!

    Lakefront experience, inland from Kochi and slightly different. Less infrastructure. Ok place to be if you are not in a hurry. Quite muggy but that is to be expected for the region. If you like the idea of a houseboat, look into it. Land based accommodations are variable.

    This is one of an under rated place in alleppey. The property manager was very helpful, right from check in to check out. He made sure for our comfortable stay there. He also has shikkara boats for smooth exploration of the beautiful backwaters The boats are also very good in condition. The property also has in house unisex body massage. Out of all property is the star of our stay...the view from the balcony is so memorable.
