It was very clean and the facilities were very nice. Compared to other stays we have stayed at in India, it was much better. And in Kashmir, I will tell you that it is nearly impossible to find anyplace that has adequate heating in winter time. This place has good heating. We were relieved. That staff was also very caring. We will definably book this hotel again when/ if we come back to Kashmir. Great quality hotel.

I love the breakfast. Love the way staff prepared everything on request. They played music as per our taste. Most importantly I met the best people and a friend for life Gowhar Hassan on breakfast table. Words are definitely not enough to describe the time and joy and laughter we shared. The best stay of my life. 😀 We are definitely gonna meet soon.
