I Recently visited this place with my Family, Wonderful Experience from the tented rooms to the sumptuous food to the ACE hospitality to of course the safari experience ! We saw leopards and bears and crocodiles and even smaller critters like rabbits , owls and snakes. It was a marvelous experience and one for eternal memory The hotel too provides unique experiences like a Candlelight Dinner under the Sky and Stars.

Its an amazing property with very friendly and co-operative staff. Mr. Harish took great care of us. He arranged for a great safari. The driver ensured that we saw a leopard during the evening safari and in the morning he took us to great view points, even though we couldn't see any bears.

I recently visited Jawai with my friends and chose to stay at Thour Nature Resort. Let me tell you, it was an unforgettable experience. The resort is located amidst nature with stunning views. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. I must not forget to mention that our dining at the on-site restaurant was just next level! We even enjoyed a guided leopard safari that was organized by our resort. Lastly, the staff at Thour Nature Resort were welcoming, which made our trip memorable for a lifetime!

Spectacular stay! Super friendly hosts. Spotless large-sized room with bathroom and terrace. Delicious and plentiful food prepared by Abi’s mom. But the best of all was to have been received as friends in Abi’s home and sharing quality moments with him and his family.

The location is a big sell, as the property is set right by Jawai lake/dam. It was a simple walk down to see the Sarus cranes, flamingo and many other shore birds. As it is the only lodge right by the lake shore, it is indisputably ideally located, if you like birds as I do. The hills form the backdrop abutting the resort, and watching -and shooting; the peafowl and the Hanuman langurs was a daily delight. The leopard safaris were also great fun, and I was very fortunate to see the nilgai and the Indian Eagle Owl.

    The place is not great .. just 5 tents created in the middle...

    The place is not great .. just 5 tents created in the middle of no where .. no good view or facility Its not a good place for leopard sighting either. Long tiring costly safaris and no sightings.. really very vety frustrating. Looking at the terrain, i don’t think its a great place to see leopards. Its overhyped by the local hotel association to increase their business. There is no government rules like we see in all other national parks . I don’t know how such things without any rules or regulations are allowed..? Anything is possible in India ..!
