Hotel in Bikaner
A grand residence that housed the last reigning Maharaja of Bikaner His Highness Narendra Singhji, Narendra Bhawan is a heritage property that possesses a one-of-a-kind legacy. Where do I start - super comfy bed, steady hot water in shower, extremely attentive staff, beautiful property to explore, their spa and massage therapists are fantastic (would highly recommend indulging in a treatment). Excellent breakfast included. There are two resident Golden Retrievers that are the sweetest to get your doggy fix. After primarily staying in hostels throughout our trip, this was a way to experience pure luxury for a reasonable price.

Karina art Home stay, The Saffron Guest House & Hostel and Hotel Shri Gourav have received great reviews from travellers in Bikaner regarding the views from their hotel rooms.
It is easy to travel through Bikaner. I would suggest to hire an auto and ask for the price of entire day (8hours) and not on an hourly basis. We went out for a bit of shopping of clothes, sweets and namkeens. We also visited bhujia namkeen factory and chunniwala sharbat. We ate at 4 different places yet our favourite was gallops just adjacent to junagarh fort. Avoid using cabs or rented cars as it will increase the travel time and at some places, these cars cannot go.
It's a nice small city to take a break from big city's chaos, only very few places to see like junagarh fort, karni mata temple and lal garh palace. Do stay in Narendra bhawan and do dine in Maharj ganga mahel hotel. It's best combination. Not sure about flights as everyone suggested us to take only train. Better take night train which is superfast and comfortable.
Since we reached on the holi day, everything was closed and couldnt explore much. But this place is worth visiting, especially the junagarh fort, rampuria haveli, the rat temple etc and the camel farm
1.Junagarh fort & museum - excellent. Back to past history and experience the Rajput royal's elegent life & artistic desires in constructing mahals. 2.excellent Rajasthani foods & snacks. 3.Handicraft & textiles. 4.Rat temple is a must see place.32Km.
The Bikaner camel festival was an amazing experience. The food and architecture in Bikaner is also great. The fort is cheap and one of the best we have seen in Ragistan with a great collection in the museum. It is also very laid back with no big crowds or hassling. The Jain temple in the old part of town is also one of the best we have seen it has the most beautiful art work on the ceiling and walls. Bikaner overall has a more relaxed feel which you don't get in some of the larger cities and I would recommend a visit.
OK, the fort is worth seeing, but not overly spectacular given the much more impressive offerings elsewhere in North India. We did the Fort in an hour ... admittedly a little fast, but enough to see that was worth seeing We came to Bikaner as re read other reviewers who claimed it was as good as Jaisalmer but without all the tourists and all that goes with it ... Wrong! We soon discovered why mostly everybody goes to Jaisalmer. As to the camel ride experience, we did that in Pushkar (enjoyably) instead. Overall, a disappointing experience. We came late afternoon and left early the next day after breakfast. I think that says it all A disappointing experience in terms of sightseeing and photography

Bikaner
Fantastic small hotel on the side road Bikaner. Very large bedroom, seperate toilet and bathroom. Host of this hotel - Mr Ujjwal Swami took me on a half day trip to Karni Mataji temple. It was also great journey into Hindi culture and religiom. Very intresting conversation. Next to a hotel is restaurant you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great food, resonable prices.
Bikaner
The property is new. The room, bath fittings are very contemporary and modern. It has ample car parking space. The food is very good. All daily essentials, medicines and ATM can be found near the hotel. The staff is very courteous and hospitable. All in all, it is great value for money. So, if you are in Bikaner for a night or two, it is a great budget property to be in.
The rooms are very nicely done up and the layout of the room with central verandahs, facilities such as table tennis table, gym, carton boards etc was good. The location is wonderful since the hotel is just off the highway. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a good and memorable night stay
The building architecture is absolutely spectacular and is the highlight of the hotel. It is simply a great experience to just walk around the premises and explore every corner, the courtyard and rooftops, filled with memorabilia.
The loveliest garden and a very nice seating area, just outside of Bikaner’s busy city center. Sandy is an amazing host and will go to great lengths to show you his city. The room was basic but comfortable.
Attractive property with attentive staff. the courtyard and corridors were very nice. Spacious room, and bathroom the open air dinner in front of the hotel was very enjoyable
The staff ,the ambience, look and feel, Indra cafe was a highlight They are so very nice must stay place in bikaner Extremely close too lalgarh palace And 2 km from junagarh
Property condition is good and near to Bikaner rail station. It is infact in walking distance. The fort is also nearby. Food is good, only vegetarian is available.
If you are looking for an atypical place on Bikaner. A homestay experience in a quiet and relatively well located area
