Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai 5 stars

Hotel in South Mumbai, Mumbai

In the heart of Worli, the business hub of India’s largest city, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai creates a tranquil, chic haven filled with sincere Indian hospitality. For my mother's 60th birthday we travelled for 2,5 weeks through India. We wanted to close our journey in style and luxury and decided to book a stay at Four Seasons Mumbai. What a good decision this was - it absolutely exceeded our expectations, and the amazing staff who provided topnotch service played a big part in this. This started at our arrival, where the lovely Ali at the front desk provided us with a smooth and early check in and made us feel welcome right away. He upgraded us to an executive suite with mind blowing views through the floor-to-ceiling windows over buzzling Mumbai. The room was stylish and luxurious, with one of the most comfy beds I've ever slept in. Thank you Ali! Before our arrivel I was in contact with guest experience executive Mahesh, to arrange a birthday surprise for my mother. He absolutely succeeded in this: one evening when we returned to the suite there was a cake, personalized note, fresh flowers and an invite to the hotel's spa. My mom was so grateful and happy - thank you so much Mahesh, for creating this life long lasting memory! Also the breakfast was heavenly (thank you Alankar), with a big variety of Western and Indian options and great Lavazza coffee. Again the service here was topnotch. During our stay we hardly left the hotel, since it has so many fantastic facilities. We visited the cosmopolitan rooftop bar and watched the sun set from the pool. Because we had a gap of a couple of hours to cover before our flight left after checking out, we were allowed to hang out in the pool area (thank you Aditya!). This was also a really comfortable. Thank you so much to all the Four Seasons staff (including the cleaners, porters and poolcrew) who made this an unbelievable experience. For a luxurious stay with topnotch service I would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you thank you thank you!

FAQs about hotels in Mumbai

Always Memorable in Mumbai

Embark on an authentic Indian joyride into mad Mumbai’s chaotic streets with its revving rickshaws, bustling bazaars, timeless temples and colonial history. This melting pot of Indian culture features a mix of rich Bollywood wannabes and the city’s slum dwellers, all residing together in India’s most populous city.

South Mumbai is a useful starting point with the symbolic Gateway of India in Colaba welcoming local Marathis and tourists alike. Opposite is the impressive Taj Mahal Palace & Tower Hotel. The Art Deco Regal Cinema underlines Mumbai’s colonial heritage.

A top Indian curry comprises key ingredients and your Mumbai experience should also include a menu of fashion, film and nightlife. Leopold Café is a place to be seen and there are many other chic bars and clubs. You can do a Bollywood tour where you can even feature as an extra in a film!

During the day, take a trip by ferry to the Elephanta Island with its caves and then spend the evening people watching on Chowpatty Beach in the south or Juhu Beach in the west.

Booking.com has hotels in Adheri in the west, around the fort and train station in the south or nearby central Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, amongst many others.
