The staff were super kind and helpful, especially Mathew who was super attentive and speaks great Spanish. The Owner - an extremely humble and a thorough gentleman. Hardworking and super attentive to the needs of each guest. He persinally meets and greets with the guests at breakfast and lunch, ensuring the dining and overall experience at the resort-hotel is a memorable one, which we think is very endearing and an adorable gesture.
Anecdotes from our stay-
Our room was not as i had expected. The photographs i saw were different to the room i was alloted, and there were too many mosquitoes and noise from the streets.
Any other resort would have simply said- it is what it is.. but not here.
As soon as i informed the property manager, he escalated the matter to the owner, who immediately came to meet us and ensured that every little detail /expectation was taken care of for us and the rest of our stay was a memorable one.
I was pregnant and requested for coconut water, which they did not have on their menu, but as soon as the owner heard about it, he ensured that not only got a coconut water then but also it was there each morning, at breakfast without fail.
On the 2nd day of our stay my husband was feeling unwell and the staff took brilliant care of him, to ensure he got alright. It was extremely commendable.

Well planned and organized city. The best among others in Kerala in terms of cleanliness and connectivity. Public transport is convenient. Tuk Tuk tours are the best economically and the friendliness of the drivers.
People are nice and well spoken.

Fort Kochi is the place you have to be to feel the warmth and celebrative spirit at the end of the year. Use water metro and Metro line for ease of travel!

Nothing much to explore.
Nothing much to explore. If you happen to be around then visit but I don't recommend visiting specifically for a city. Beaches are dirty and practically inaccessible. Major tourist attractions are average.
Seafood is amazing but costly not on a budget friendly side.

You should visit Kochi in November as the festival at Trippunithura Temple- Poornathresia temple with 15 elephants decorated with drum beating which starts in the night till midnight. parallely there will be music evening with leading Musicians of south India. You can enjoy

My second visit, it was good to get some more culture and history in . The Folklore Museum was particularly interesting - an amazing selection of artefacts which thankfully are where they should be rather than having been looted by the Brits . Very friendly and normative staff. Go there.

Cochin being the land of kings, has many historical places...
Cochin being the land of kings, has many historical places of visit like the Dutch Palace, the Jewish Synagogue, the Hill Palace & not to miss shopping at the Jewish town street. The houseboat at alleppy was mesmerising with its picturesque landscape & yummy food served aboard. All in all a wonderful experience!!

Kerala is a very clean state. People are very polite here. We stayed in Fort Kochi for a day only and found the place to have a feel of a bygone colonial era. The buildings are well-preserved and very beautiful. But I found tourists making the place dirty specially near the seaside.
Visitors should stay at least two days to explore the place properly.

The property is beautiful, with a gorgeous pool area. The area is quiet but close to Fort Kochi. I had an amazing head massage at the Ayurvedic spa. However, without a doubt the best aspect is the outstanding service. Everybody is genuinely warm and kind and the professionalism is amongst the best in the luxury hotels in India. Thank you for making me feel so welcome.

The best thing I like there is their room, a very big spacious apartment for at very cheapest price. there is a big living area with sofa and amenities. inside there is room and attached bathroom. We can really enjoy a private space in this hotel. very convinient to travel...near to railway station and metro . good staff and good servive. Thankyou.
