The restaurant, located just by the gulf, looks out over Willingdon Island and offers a beautiful setting for meals. The hotel itself is filled with rare and fascinating antiques, including an extraordinary 1,040-year-old boat that was once carried by 95 people to the shore – an impressive 32 meters in length.
What made the experience truly memorable was the warmth and generosity of the owner and his family. Their hospitality made me feel completely at home, and I’m grateful for the personal and heartfelt connection.

IsraelI cannot recommend this hotel enough! It is spotlessly clean, I have never been in a hotel as clean as this anywhere in the world! The staff are delightful and looked after us so well, rooms were very comfortable, the pool was a welcome break after walking working all day and the food was delicious and the chef went out of his way to make sure we had exactly what the kids wanted to eat.

My second visit, it was good to get some more culture and history in . The Folklore Museum was particularly interesting - an amazing selection of artefacts which thankfully are where they should be rather than having been looted by the Brits . Very friendly and normative staff. Go there.

Cochin being the land of kings, has many historical places of visit like the Dutch Palace, the Jewish Synagogue, the Hill Palace & not to miss shopping at the Jewish town street. The houseboat at alleppy was mesmerising with its picturesque landscape & yummy food served aboard. All in all a wonderful experience!!

Kerala is a very clean state. People are very polite here. We stayed in Fort Kochi for a day only and found the place to have a feel of a bygone colonial era. The buildings are well-preserved and very beautiful. But I found tourists making the place dirty specially near the seaside.
Visitors should stay at least two days to explore the place properly.

A beautiful old city with the charm of the Portuguese, Dutch and Jew cultural influence. You can enjoy excellent cafes here serving some exotic dishes. A bit crowded but the waterways, beaches, ports and the fort make it a compelling visit. Enjoy introduction to Kathakali and Theeyam dance forms, and Kalaripayattu martial arts performances. Enjoy 'Sadya' a famed Kerala lunch known for its variety served on banana leaves.

Cochin/Kochi is an ancient city in kerala. dutch , portugese remains are still there, there culture is preserved in monuments, churches and museums. Excellent weather and nice people. they expect cleanlines, every waste has a bin. especially for plastics a big water bottle is kept to dump all the water bottles and plastic. Educated well cultured people, gives much respect to tourists.

There was some discrepancy in the type of bed provided, two single beds were provided while we had requested for a queen bed. Don't know if this happened from Booking.com or the hotel's end. The hotel is a very good property. The rooms were large, well maintained and comfortable. Hotel location on MG Road is excellent. Complimentary breakfast had a good amount of Kerala dishes. Had good house food options like a snack bar. Staff were friendly and supportive. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

The best thing I like there is their room, a very big spacious apartment for at very cheapest price. there is a big living area with sofa and amenities. inside there is room and attached bathroom. We can really enjoy a private space in this hotel. very convinient to travel...near to railway station and metro . good staff and good servive. Thankyou.
