Overall the resort is very good and our stay was perfect . But very disappointed with the sales team of mystic valley.. refused to help or provide any alternative to an issue which was raise. Expected a good support as there were 2 rooms booked with the family.

Location is Excellent, however there should be more clarity about our booking and room allotment. We were charged extra for upper level rooms. Breakfast didnt had much options but whatever they have food was good.
