Heritage property at an excellent location to explore Haridwar and not too far from Rishikesh. We had a Ganga view room with the swimming pool right at our doorstep. The 'Welcome Ritual' was a heartwarming surprise for us. All staff and concierge were very professional and friendly. The hotel private evening aarti ceremony was an introduction to what to expect from the Har Ki Pauri evening aarti. Day trips with local guides from 'The Adventure Team' to the holy temples were offered by the hotel. We also did the morning Ganga walk with the guide. There are a few restaurants at the property and staff were very helpful with suggesting local food. Highly recommend this hotel.

The stay exceeded expectations. The property is neat, comfortable and offers good food. The real highlight is the team – polite, attentive and genuinely helpful. Overall a wonderful stay, exceptional personal and attentive service and great location. The location is set a little way from where the Aarti is held which makes is less hectic and more quiet. It is only a 10 min walk. I loved the room with a balcony over the Ganges the size of the room was great. The meals were really good with local Indian food. Very flavorsome and probably too much :) Aakash was ever so helpful in guiding me to the best places.

This is a fraud hotel .I booked this with advance payment. On booked date I came to the location map provided by contact person but that address is closed and under construction .I lodged a complain against the hotel and searched new hotel by own .So please stay away from this fraud and cheater deal.

Haridwar is a city of God .

Haridwar is a city of God . Awesome Morning and Evening Arti. My Family enjoyed alot . Market is very cheap. 2 days min required to see all temple. Station is very near . There is fight till Dehradun .

Property is nice only concern the approach road.

Property is nice only concern the approach road. It's bit narrow if you are ok to drive down your car with tight parking lanes. This particular property is not having their own kitchen and having shared with opposite property. Rooms not fitted with kettle and lifts we need to do lot of up and down to get things done. Toilet conditions and room is good. I would summarize good for short economical stay.

I'm Indian and can handle crowds and street food, hot kachori off the griddle.... I positively thrive on these... Some beautiful temples atop hills..Chandi Devi and Mansa Devi...take the ropeway...the arati at the Har Ki Pauri...awesome...and the rest of the throng of visitors believe so too! Use an auto..fixed rates..ask what time the streets are cordoned in the evening... The shopping is very interesting...hand embroidered bags and stoles...
