A very premium well maintained house.We stayed with a group of friends and had an amazing experience...Saira owns the house and she coordinated so well. Ajith's Inn is a beautiful and well maintained cute flat. Feels like home. Mr. Ajith owns the flat and he made sure that we had a comfortable stay. He was always available and took care of everything so well. The flat looks exactly as shown in the picture and it is located in the prime area of Kottayam. We had booked the apartment for 2 nights during our visit to Kumarakom for a medical conference. The apartment is located centrally and in close proximity to all major Kottayam spots. The hosts were very welcoming and their customer service was excellent. Rooms and bathrooms were well maintained and the stand out point was the outside courtyard. An ideal personal terrace. The breakfast provided by the hosts was also great. All in all it was a great stay. Shall return

Most beautifully located on the banks of the river, the simple 2 bedroom, quaint cottage transported me back to the past. The sound of the river flowing by, the chirping of the birds and the crickets was very refreshing. The hostess was very accommodating, the breakfast simple but tasty. There was a pleasant walk by the riverside. It was fairly close to the main road. They were able to arrange good transport at short notice.
