This place was very comfortable and well maintained and exactly matches as shown in the pictures. The host is very detailed and would require you to provide and fill in all the paper work required to stay there It is in the middle of the residential neighborhood. So you could hear some noise from other houses around. (not completely quite like hotel rooms) The host lives in the adjacent property. In my scenario I felt it as an advantage for any needs or questions that we had. This is conveniently located near a lot of restaurants, shopping, highway etc..) I would highly recommend this place to anyone

We had a wonderful stay at MJ Royal Villa.The environment and the atmosphere helped us to relax. Getting a full villa at this rate in athirapillly is big deal. It is great place to stay, it was the best experience staying there, Location is very beautiful and close to nature.This place is very well maintained.. Staff was extremely friendly.. rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience.They will provide common facilities like, TV, fridge, Common swimming pool, childrens park, badminton cort. I would highly recomended this place and definitely want to come back to this place again..
