Many families visiting Leh loved staying at hotel natures land, Bricabin and Hotel Khan Manzil.
The outdoor scenery is awesome and the air is cool clean and refreshing. The Leh Palace is nice for the first day trip, as is Shanti Stupa as you get acclimated to the thin air. The road trips are fun as well, visiting those Monasteries takes you back 1000 years. However, just be aware that some of these places have gotten very touristy and not so authentic anymore. I got tired of people trying to sell me shawls and brass figurines....there must be one shop for every tourist. One large issue I had was that every single restaurant cooks with poisonous soy bean oil and they won't change to mustard oil or ghee. I ended up buying a canister of ghee and bringing it to various small restaurants and then they would cook with my ghee. Whatever, but if you value your health just be aware of this fact.
The most liked was of beautiful and different view of hills mountains and lake Too good beyond expectations. We could see snowfall at Changla pass for the first in our life and that too in May month. The thing which we did not like was dryness and oxygen deficiency due to which we could not exercise and because of dry weather the lips got swollen and cracky.
The local inhabitants are very courteous and helpful. They are deeply conscious of the fact that tourism is a major source of their livelihood and everyone ensures that they play their roles in promoting it. The most noteworthy point is that there is a uniformity in the tourist tariffs and there is no haggling. This facet could very well be emulated by other tourist spots in India.
Minus temperature, visit should be in June or July. But if you want to see and enjoy snow, Mar/Apr right time. Transportation is expensive. You need a day to settle down with environment and weather and then start for site seeing. Most of the vendors prefer cash only. So carry good amount of cash. A bit unknown and on the flow requirements like, permit etc.
Don't stay in leh when u land there. Chose morning flight so that u can start exploring as soon as u land. Go straight to bike rent shops and get ur lady dressed up for carrying ur luggage. Head to ur camp in Nubra through Khardung La pass.Next day head to the Pangong Lake. Leave early. Stay in a camp or cottage. Enjoy the seret. Next morning leave early for Leh via Changla. On ur way back explore the Hemis Monastery and Shey Palace. When back in Leh, go to your stay, freshen up and then explore the City and surroundings and enjoy the local cuisine.
Great place for those who love the stark, scenic beauty of the desolate mountains. Pangong Lake, Nubra and overall the whole mountainous terrain is a once-in-a-lifetime must for those who love travelling and are always on the lookout for seeing new places. There are lot of things to keep in mind before heading to Ladakh - one is the low oxygen factor and why acclimatisation is absolutely essential. If you have generally unhealthy or have co-morbidities, think twice. Pre-paid mobiles don't work here, so ensure you have at least one post-paid phone with you -- that also will be out of network during most of the travelling, do note. Food is either nothing great, or available in a limited manner in most places - fresh produce and supplies have to come from the plains in most cases. Liquor, at least during the time we were there, was available only at a hefty premium from the black market. And oh yes, for some strange reason, all restaurants and cafes in Leh shut down by 9-9.30 in the night, pretty weird for a tourist hub. Transportation is almost solely by taxis that charge a premium, but thankfully it is more or less a fixed rate. Those young and/or adventurous could hire a Royal Enfield bullet to truly experience Ladakh the way bloggers and dreamers do. Keep in mind that fuel is prohibitively expensive (even by Modi's India's standards) and availability is sketchy on the mountain routes. And last, but not the least, keep in mind the weather while planning your itinerary.
- The hotel is situated in an excellent location, central for most of the visitor interests around Leh, as well as being very close to the main market. Inspite of that there wasn't too much noise from the streets that was irritating or obtrusive. - The staff was very good especially in the F&B section and did cater to most of our needs. They were very polite and accommodating - The room was spacious and accorded good comfort for all practical purposes - Warm/hot water was available all the time (even during evening)
Great Owner as well as very kind hotel manager. Awesome service. Room is too good for the cost that they charge. Everything is so articulately arranged in the room and cleanliness is mindblowing. Anytime I return to Leh, I will prefer to stay here because I lived with my mother for 3 days here (29th March, 2nd and 3rd April 2021) and felt like my own home. Kudos to the couple who own and manage this place. I assure, you wont regret if you happen to stay here - give a try - its really worth :)

Leh
Host were very helpful and welcoming. He helped us in booking vehicle to roam around Ladakh. Room had facilities like heater, hot water in bathroom and Wi-Fi. Though they don't serve food here, in 200-300 meter walking distance food options were available. Had a comfortable stay. Hassle free check-in.
Consider the remote location of the town Leh, the hotel was very pleasant to stay. The shower was decent with hot water in July, towels and amenities were good and had nothing to complaint about. Very friendly staffs and a nice terrace to enjoy the mountains in the distance over a cup of chai.
I would reccommend Laksdup to everyone (Bachelors and family) who is visiting Ladakh. The owner is extremely friendly and the food is also amazing. The rooms are very clean and is ideally located such that it's barely a 15 mins walk to Leh Mall road.
Leh
The location is perfect. 10 minutes walk to the main market which also has a lot of cafe's. The Leh palace is also at walkable distance. The staff is extremely friendly and approachable They have a kitchen in case you decide to eat in
The hotel is close to the main market. The facilities that the hotel offers are somewhat rare for a place like Leh. The rooms are clean, the staff is helpful and there is a 24*7 front desk service which feels like a luxury in Leh :)
The hotel premise is good, the ambience is Ladaki. Electric kettle, tea sachets are provided. Food was tasty.
Location is close to the leh market. Hotel owners are really sweet. Feels more like a home than hotel.
