The musical fountain show at Harangi dam was very nice (better than Brindavan gardens). Talakaveri - the birthplace of Kaveri is nice place to visit. It's a great place for anybody who is from the plains. This is a hilly area, it is neat. And clean it is very green and the people are nice. There is a lot to see there's a lot to buy and it's all pretty unique in itself. And if one is coming from a metro city, then it would be quite a bliss, the main Madikeri areas .Up - Scored 1010

Nice place nestled in nature. The places to see are constantly repeated in most travel web sites and blogs. The highlight was the visit to the golden temple at Kushalnagar and the drive to talacauvery temple. Raja seats was crowded, so was the market. The weather was mostly pleasant. Would recommend a two day stay to see everything in Madikeri as well as Kushalnagar. Don’t forget to indulge in local cuisine while at Madikeri from Coorg Cuisine .

Madikeri is a great place to be laid back and chill out.
Madikeri is a great place to be laid back and chill out. It is a good escape from city environments and plan to stay for 1 day if single or couple or a couple of days if a group, in case you already visited the tourist spots. If you have not, you can cover it all in a maximum of 3 days, unless you wish to relax more.

It is a nice villa with a beautiful mountain view and is located nearest to the main road. You can have a home-like feeling. The rooms were clean and hygienic. The property owner, Mr. Naveen, and caretaker, Mr. Umesh, were so humble and helped in making the tour plan and also arranged transportation for us.
