My check-in was very smooth, and the staff was extremely helpful and polite. The property is well-maintained and offers a great view. Everything was perfectly hygienic — from the towels and bedsheets to the clean and fresh washroom. The location is easy to access, and the room was spacious with a large balcony view.
Overall, it was the best experience and truly budget-friendly. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

Reach Mall-road from Library chowk before 5 PM, so that you can pay the fee and enter and park your car inside Mall-road. The paid parking inside is better. The paid parking outside Mall-road is very far and prices are insane.
Be careful while you shop, you have to bargain hard!
Do take the trolley to the Gun hill point - The view from the top is amazing.
Avoid rainy days as you cannot travel and there is no view.

Mussoorie is a beautiful place, almost perfect in its charm, though quite costly. It’s an ideal destination for honeymoons and couples, but not as enjoyable for groups of friends. The experience is truly magical—you feel as if you’re on the clouds. One small note: if you prefer food with minimal salt, do request it in advance, as we found most dishes to be on the saltier side.

Mussoorie is a fascinating time capsule. As someone who is interested in the history of the British Raj, I found the traces left by the British a jy to discover. There is much good information to be found at the Mussoorie Heritage Centre, below the Mussoorie Clocktower. Mussoorie is a wonderful place to explore on foot - discoveries around every corner.

Nice but a bit congested. A very good place to visit for a peaceful and tranquil experience. Nice and honest people. No cheating with tourists. Not much of an activity, but a good place to unwind and enjoy the nature and weather.

There is no doubt that the property is located in a truly beautiful place. The mountain view, along with the playful movements of the clouds, genuinely gives the feeling of being among them. It creates a peaceful and magical atmosphere that stays with you.
The hospitality here was also very impressive. The staff was polite, humble, and always ready to help, which added to the positive experience throughout the stay. The food quality was great — not only tasty but also hygienically prepared, which is very important for guests.
The room and washroom were both very clean and well-maintained, clearly showing good management. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience.

The heritage property is stunning with beautiful lawns and spacious rooms: maintaining its old world charm with wooden floors and high ceiling, the history of the property is conserved which makes it more delightful to stay there. The rooms maintained their old world charm with comfortable beds, a study, walk-in wardrobe and sitting lounge. The hotels staff was just so friendly and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. Lots of activities to keeps kids and families engaged.

Loved the view from one of the rooms, could see the whole Mussoorie. The property is maintained, water is not included with extra charge and charged at a higher price than the actual price. Food at the the hotel is good, If you feel like staying inn you can order it here as well. Rooms are fairly clean, still not maintained upto the mark. All in all, it wasn't the best choice for the price being charged.
