Situated in the village of Ghanerao, this heritage property is housed in a building built in 1606. Offering rooms with a balcony, it also features free Wi-Fi access in its public areas. A trip to Ghanerao Royal Castle is incomplete without the crocodile and bird watching Safari. It was a thrilling and adventure experience. Also, the team arranged high tea for us after the adventure ride. The dinner at the night was delicious homely cooked with rajasthani flavors. We would like to visit again and next time with a long trip.

The only thing worth going to Narlai for is the beautiful hotel the Rawla Narlai. An oasis of calm in a small town that has lots of pigs, cows, monkey, dogs and buffalo wandering the streets. The children were happy and smiling when I met them on my walk up the 135 steps to the temple set high on the hill above Narlai. It was a great break from the busy cities of Jaipur and Jodhpur.
The town itself is extremely rural but the hotel organises escorted walks to the nearly hill-Top and also around the village. Besides, the gorgeous Ranakpur temple as well as Kumbhalgarh fort are day trips from Narlai which makes it a good base for 2-3 days
Food was superb, staff were constantly on hand and the setting was amazing.
