Everything. It is a beautiful hotel with great staff. We felt very safe, welcome and they have great restaurants and services. We had a guided tour of the city by another company, but in hindsight we should probably have used the hotels services for this. We highly recommend using the hotels transfer services, we used it to go to the airport and Ankur who meet us at the airport was so nice and provided amazing service.

It was an exceptional experience. The hotel staff were so kind and friendly. The breakfast was superb - so much selection and ability to order as many additional as you like. Upon arrival, I misunderstood the bed type I had booked and not only could they accommodate the bed request last minute but upgraded us for free as well. Talk about quality service!!

The hospitality was exceptional. My best experience at a hotel. The hotel provided a complimentary airport transfer as part of my room booking. There was a gentleman who welcomed us at the airport and handed us over to the driver who took us to the hotel in a comfortable SUV. We arrived at the hotel at around 4:30pm and 3 members of staff were ready to welcome us at the entrance as we had come off an overnight flight the staff took us directly to our room and the check in process was done in the comfort of our room. This was 5 star service and very thoughtful. I’ve never experienced this before. The room was beautiful, beds were comfortable and the hotel had provided sweets for republic day - this was a very lovely touch. The breakfast was excellent. Excellent taste and quality. Staff were attentive and even the housekeeping staff were exceptional. We had flowers with us in a bouquet and the next day the housekeeping had put our flowers in a vase. All these small things made a HUGE impact and difference. We had dinner at House of Ming and the Chinese food was impressive. The hotel is walking distance to India Gate so perfect location too. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was a little hesitant to book a place with just a few reviews (and when they're overwhelmingly positive it can be suspect) but given it's a newer property I took the risk. And glad I did, the one-night stay was perfect. It's only been open a couple months so everything is new and fresh. The decor is upscale and just like the photos. At check-in they brought me a bottle of cold water and bottle of juice and the room had a basket with complimentary bananas, cookies and chips. Really fine touches for something in this price category. The room was very quiet (it faced the back, had a window but no view). This is a great choice if you want to be near Delhi Station but want to avoid the madness of Paharganj. Next time I swing through I'll book again.

    In my recent stay in Hotel Olive Aero Suites, my experience...

    In my recent stay in Hotel Olive Aero Suites, my experience was not pleasant. I was also shocked to see that a false feedback is given on my behalf. I arrived at the hotel Olive Aeroo Suites, New Delhi on 22nd September 2025 at around 18:30 hrs. I was told that my room is upgraded and then they started asking me extra money (almost 2 and half time). When I refused, they said that they can not provide me room at the booking price. I had no option as I was leaving next morning for abroad. I negotiated and ultimately settled for Rs 1900/- against the booking price of Rs 931/-. This is a clear case of cheating and also spoils name of booking.com. I am seriously thinking of going to the Consumer Court after I return to India this weekend and would make booking.com also a party. I would also now stop using booking.com in the future if no action is taken.

    What’s not to like from the magnificent buildings, heritage...

    What’s not to like from the magnificent buildings, heritage to fabulous shopping. The food is wonderful with every cuisine you could imagine. A truly Golobal City. Shopping in Connaught place is an experience. Please check which Bloch the shop you wish to visit is. Lodi Gardens are an absolute MUST and try some of the food vendors around and in the gardens. I love Delhi - Old Delhi has even more fabulous food and shops. The oldest Itar ( perfume) shop in India for example. Well worth visiting Gulabsingh Johrimal https://share.google/fty1nmOtlwlIp7y3D

    Wonderful Stay at Ginger Hotel!" I stayed at Ginger Hotel for 2–3 days and had a very pleasant experience. The staff here are extremely helpful and courteous. A special thanks to Mr. Praveen and Api for being so attentive and kind throughout my stay. I’d also like to appreciate Mr. Deepak from the housekeeping team—he did a great job and was very polite. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming place. Highly recommended!

    I had an amazing experience during my stay at Hotel Ginger. The entire staff was courteous and helpful, and I’d especially like to mention Praveen Singh from the API team for going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit. The food service was excellent, housekeeping was consistently top-notch, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were impressive. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and warm hospitality throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

    Praveen singh& api both are very friendly and helpful... I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ginger. The staff was incredibly hospitable, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout. The food service was excellent, with delicious meals served promptly. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the rooms and common areas spotless. The hotel itself was well-maintained, and the facilities were impressive. Overall, a great stay with excellent service. Highly recommended!

    This is an alternative, an antidote to the soulless 5 star hotels that have sprung up in India. Its not flashy but all the better for it. Think days of the Raj, a hotel for Agatha Christie. Super staff, slightly old fashioned but comfortable and spacious rooms. Lovely garden terrace and pool. Great breakfast. An oasis in close proximity to the chaos of old Delhi. In addition to the hotel offerings, good restaurants a short walk away.

    A nice, bright, modern hotel very well situated for New Delhi Railway Station, and not too far from the Old Delhi Station too! The rooms are extremely comfortable, the staff friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely excellent! The hotel can arrange tours in and around Delhi (Red Fort etc) and in other Indian cities too! I will be changing my booking later in my trip, to return to this hotel!

    Very good localisation in Paharganj, close to metro and New Delhi Railway Station. Beds are very comfortable, shower has hot water, almost no noise from the outside and the staff is very nice to you, always helping if there is a problem or if you need anything. I have done a lot of low price hotel in the area, but this one is probably the best in Paharganj for such a low price.
