A truly family-run guesthouse, I would absolutely recommend Villa Khatun to those looking for a relaxing stay tucked away from the chaos of central Panaji. Rooms are spacious, clean and well-appointed with a small fridge and kettle. Common areas are great for meeting other guests. The property has nice plants, flowers and even turtles! Alim, an excellent host all around, gives great recommendations for local sights and restaurants based on your interests.

The property is in a lovely location of old Portuguese buildings. Our room was an annexe on the ground floor. The owner Deric was very very helpful and full of information. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation to people traveling on a budget. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable . It is a nice, quiet location with an excellent host .

The land family is super sweet and helpful. They supported us all throughout our days in Goa, even facilitating the cabs (easiest way to go around). The internet was very fast and stable, which was a plus, because me and my friends were all working remotely. They also have a washing machine that came in handy. All and all, an amazing stay!
