The initial booking process had hiccups, However i was extremely overwhelmned with the services provided by the entire staff. The reception staff(Vijay for understanding our needs), the housekeeping,(for decorating the room) the chef (for the special chocolate pancake), the bartender (for the special kid juice) all took care of the smallest little thing and my kid/ family were very happy. The hospitalitly and customer service was nothing less than world class and this could easily be one of the best customer service i have ever received in one go.
