We are a family of 7 adults from Singapore first time visiting Kerala and had a superb and wonderful experience at this tastefully designed lovely 5-Star villa located in a serene and peaceful highland. The host Vinod is very friendly, caring and responsive, provided many good info to our queries which gave us a comfortable feeling before our arrival. The caretaker and his team were extremely warm and friendly too which made our 3 nights stay a very comfortable and memorable one which my family has rated Titha Service Villa the BEST of all our stays in our 3 weeks holiday in Kerala! The chef Deva is an excellent cook, we had tasted the best of many Kerala and northern Indian dishes here. We enjoyed all the delicious meals including BBQ and we had so much fun playing with the fireworks at the spacious front yard on Christmas day. The house decor with many Christmas lightings was so lovely that we had a fantastic Christmas in India as well as our wedding anniversary celebration! Our special thanks and appreciation to Vinod and Deva who had tried very hard to ensure we had a wonderful stay...Yes! it is a Perfect 10 experience! We highly recommend to all travellers including foreigners.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at this lovely home! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured that every detail was perfect. The ambiance was cozy and homely, making us feel right at home. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive. We especially loved the scenic views. Wonderful place to stay with family. Location is good with access to shops and is right on the Chinnakanal road and with a good view to lake and mountain. Breakfast is good and staff are very courteous. The owner is very helpful and looks for all means to make our stay a memorable one. You can visit Kollukumalai and few good view points nearby. Anaiirangal dam is a nice place to hang out with kids and family. Overall a great stay, thanks Team Lakzone!

    It was a relaxing and calm stay... Good ambience, away from the hassles & buzzles, peaceful, and with a beautiful scenic view. The staff / care taker ( Arun ) was really a good and cooperative host. Even the owner of the property - Mr. Vinod was a very nice gentle person He was responsive at any hour of time & quick .
