Professionalism at all forms. I had a pleasant stay and the views from the room was awesome. They have shuttle pick-up and drop-off to certain point if you are going out from the hotel. If i ever come back to Shimla, this hotel will be on my first thought.

The breakfast was excellent. The variety of meals and the quality of tea and coffee was at par with the best of coffee shops. Certainly, the best way to start a day while on vacation is to get a sumptuous and tasty meal and Chalets Naldehra did not disappoint.

    Located in a peaceful part of Shimla a bit away from the crowded part. The property had ample parking and was vey clean with great interiors. The swimming pool was an added bonus. The breakfast spread was lovey and the food served in the in-room dining was fresh and savoury. A great place to stay if one is driving down for a leisure trip to Shimla.

    The staff were very polite and helpful , the housekeeping staff as well as the F&B and front desk. The swimming pool and the Jacuzzi were excellent and we loved both. The restaurant had a good variety of tasty food and the forest trek near the hotel was also a great experience.

    Wildflower Hall is amazing - it is hard to describe how incredible this place is - maybe the best proof is that I extended my stay from 6 days to 10 days The location is stunning, particularly the terrace for breakfast The swimming pool & very warm hot tub overlooking the mountains insane And the staff incredibly warm and generous The extra touches like tasty snacks in the room, beautiful gifts & incredible experience of a private lunch for two with a cinema and rose petals turned this from great too exceptional

    Property is at a good location amidst nature, slightly out of Shimla (20-30 min from Mall Road) , so you can have a relaxing vacation. All the staff I met in the hotel were very courteous, food is also delicious . All the facilities like swimming pool, spa, kids area, restaurants are well maintained

    Breakfast was amazing They have only one restaurant which serves all meals All meals are freshly cooked and you can taste the fresh produce too! Delicious stuff The outdoor jacuzzi was amazing in the chilly weather and the indoor heated pool as well! The private trail made the best evening walks.
