Freya Farm is what we hoped to find coming to Iceland, beautifully located in the countryside, amazing landscape, super clean and nicely decorated (new) rooms and welcoming hosts. / Easy to find with location info on booking.com. A part of the road is without tarmac, don't worry, it's very easy to drive. Don't get confused by "Steinsholt" in address, just follow coordinates (google maps). Not far off the Golden Circle, it took us about 20 min. from the Secret Lagoon. / There IS BREAKFAST available. / Our host Jon offered us a tour on the farm (gorge, waterfall, horses) and was kindly answering our many questions about Iceland. / This stay is a unique experience and we highly recommend it!

The host are very nice. The garden is big and beautiful and it is fantastic to see different roses in Iceland:). There is a spa in the garden. We arrived late and left early next morning, so we have no enough time to enjoy the house and garden.
