It has a great atmosphere- the best food we had in Iceland - and there is a huge competition. Great service and welcome drink was nice touch.

The only place where there was a human being at reception to welcome us. Much cleaner than other hotels I've stayed at. Simple/modest room but with all the amenities. Giant bathroom and huge shower. Very quiet.

well appointed / well equipped cottage; coffee maker, dishes, spices, kettle, kitchen roll towel, etc. lots of natural light w good blackout blinds. comfortable beds, great water pressure, natural surroundings and quiet environment. great value for money. buy some food in Blonduos and make yourself a great dinner and breakfast. the cottage have all things covered.

It was perfect, we really felt that the host cared, she has such an attention for details that makes the difference. The beds are very comfortable, everything is clean. The homemade bread for breakfast was delicious, there were even oranges cut in slices for us.

Two rooms next to each other and next to the kitchen (for 4 people) and one which is on the other side of the cottage, where I slept with my fiancé (I like the fact that I didn’t hear my snoring grandma). Perfect I like the rock in front of the door, really sweet

This place was probably my personal favourite in whole tour, straight outta fairytale, the guesthouse is located in a really nice location, kind of secluded but with a very beautiful view of the valley. There is a horse stable right next to the guesthouse and the hot tub was a pleasant surprise under an open sky, where we could spot mild aurora as well.
