the apartment was amazing. so clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. it was just a 5 minute drive from the Forest Lagoon. very quiet and private. they had a washer and dryer for us to use which was a huge plus! definitely stay here. :)

A short drive to the nearby village of Húsavík afforded us the opportunity to embark on a whale-watching tour, a truly unforgettable experience. The sight of majestic whales in their natural habitat was awe-inspiring. Following the excursion, we dined at a local café near the whale-watching office, indulging in what we considered the best fish and chips of our trip. The freshness of the fish and the crispness of the batter were exceptional, making it a culinary highlight.
