My favorite place on the Ring Road! A cute little cottage with 2 separate bedrooms, a small kitchenette and nice bathroom. The bedroom was dark, and the bed comfortable. There were walking trails out the door, with games and signs about trolls and fairy tales. The grounds had a separate area for the camping huts and lodges, hot tubs, and cooking areas for campers. The restaurant was wonderful, with tables overlooking a falls. There is a ginormous record collection and you could request a favorite.

Hotel Stafholt has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Varmaland. At the hotel, the rooms come with a closet.

The hotel is elegant, cozy, rooms are spacious and comfortable and it has large and beautifully decorated living room and dining room. The staff are very gentle and empathetic. We had a problem with the rental car and they did their best to help us, and succeeded, always with a smile. Without their help we would have lost precious vacation time. Also, we saw the northern lights from the hotel terrace!

The house is super lovely and comfortable, spacious rooms, well equipped, and the owners are so nice. The hot tub outdoor with nice view is really enjoyable. Our kids also had lots of fun in the field with the owner's cute dogs and beautiful horses. Good price is another plus, highly recommended!

Came in late night, unit felt immediately inviting. Beds were comfortable, fell asleep immediately. Wish we could have stayed longer, hot tub facilities looked awesome!! Als I apparently free vegetables to pick from the greenhouse. 2 bedroom villa was very spacious and clean. All appliances worked well, and seemed new.

Absolutely LOVED everything about this hotel. It was classy and modern, but didn't scream 'luxury' in your face. Super quiet, secluded and enwrapped in nature. Fantastic hot tub. Food, staff, vibe, music - everything was just perfect. We would come here to stay for a week to completely unwind. The hike to the waterfalls (ask the staff) was so worth it - so many waterfalls up the hill, one after another! Location is truly far from everything, but it wasn't a problem for us. We enjoyed the road 52 in itself.

definitely the best place we have stayed in Iceland, staff very good and friendly. Breakfast was exceptional and dinner that we have had is the best meal we have ever had . definitely I recommend having dinner ! we have tried their many per person it was about 75eur and well spent money . the taste was amazing !
