CanadaJóhanna & Stefán are great hosts. They are very responsive, accommodating, and helpful.
The apartment was big enough for our family and offered full comfort. Also, the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need and more. There is a big balcony with a great view of sunrise, sunset, and northern lights (see pictures).
Beds are very comfortable, Wi-Fi was good as well, and you have access to the hot tub, laundry, and BBQ.
We loved this location because it is about an hour or less away from many main attractions on the south coast.
There is a grocery store close by, but we mostly shopped in neighboring Selfoss, in Kronan, which is a large and well-equipped supermarket, about 10-15 minutes away.
We would love to come back some day :)

HungaryOur one-night stay included breakfast, and we got to stay at a beautiful 2-person cottage. Despite the cold weather outside, the cottage was very cozy and warm. The view from the windows is absolutely amazing and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and there was no abundance of food to choose from. The staff was very kind and helpful.

RomaniaThe host was extremely friendly, and allowed us to check-in earlier by three hours. We were also allowed a later check-out, in order to accommodate our schedule for the next destination. This was extremely helpful. The property is very neat and clean, and we were able to visit the goats every day. We were very happy with the choice of staying here.

United Arab EmiratesReally bad experience, we arrived after 21:00, no one was answering the phone for the check in, they have a small sign at the entrance in which they have the check in timings. We tried to call the property, even booking call center to help us. We stayed in the sofa they have in the lobby, with cold weather and no bathroom, at least it was more comfortable than the car.
