Our family of 5 (parents plus two 20 years old and one 15 year old) took the ferry from Dalvik to Grimsey, stayed overnight and then took the flight to Akureyri the following morning. We made this trip the last week of March. The weather was chilly, with a mix of snow, sun, sleet and wind. The island was beautiful. We walked to the Arctic Sphere on one end of the island, and the lighthouse on the other. We would love to return here to explore the island in the summer!Guest review byKellyUnited States - 10.0
