In fact, I would have loved nothing more than to extend my stay indefinitely! From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcome. This was a wonderful first stop during our 10 day Iceland trip. This is a guest house on a family farm. It was spacious and very comfortable. The owners have added a new hot tub which now sits overlooking the mountains and the sunset - a perfect way to end a long travel day. The kitchen was very well equipped and washer and dryer was in the bathroom. Beds were extremely comfortable. The owner has games, books and Iceland travel info. We did not get to stop at the store as we were later arriving and set off early but its easy to access. The owner was quick to communicate and we really enjoyed our stop.

Excellent stopover, beautiful surroundings for walking. The house is rich in history, with a well-equipped kitchen, spotlessly clean bathrooms, and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is very good; there's an interesting selection of books available for guests. The owners are very friendly.

The 19th-century-style house has its own unique charm and is easy to find. You can see it from the road! It's surrounded by nature. The hosts are lovely and helpful people! The breakfast, with fresh bread every day, is delicious!
