Isham (manager/owner) was wonderful the entire stay. We had to adjust our trip and needed to start our stay with them 1 day sooner than booked. Isham easily accommodated our request. The property is just steps away from the Abbadia Lariana train station. The lake views were amazing. Proximity to water sport rentals very close. An adjoining restaurant was wonderful, with great food and service. I would highly recommend!!

When we arrived we were welcomed by the hostess and asked if we wanted something too drink, we were the brought to our room. The whole thing looked even beter the we expected and was very cozy. In the morning we had an incredible breakfast with a bunch of home food, all of it was really good

The location was fantastic. The view from the apartment was amazing. The chance to swim in lake Como straight from you door was very unexpected. We stayed for 2 nights,shopped at the little local shop. Walked in to Mandello De Lario to visit the Moto Guzzi factory, and had a delicious Ice cream on the way back. You can stroll down the riverside, take in the views and much more. Highly recommended.

After visiting Como and comparing it to Abbadia Lariana, I would recommend to stay in Como. The mountain views are nice but there is not enough restaurants or other facilities to make this a very touristy option.

We went in winter, Abbadia Lariana doesn't have a lot of places to visit, but it's close to other cities that have a lot of things to do. In winter almost everything is closed, including the restaurants, but we still enjoyed it a lot, the advantage is that the city is quieter, it's good for those looking for a place to rest in the winter!

Quite location between Lecco/Milan/Bergamo and Varenna/Bellagio/Menaggio. Great for staying when visiting Lake Como and other tourist locations. Easy train connections, but not too frequent. Close from Bergamo Airport. Limited food options and not cheap. Great views in general.

Hotel is at good location. The lake view rooms are really good. But some facilities were not working during our stay- ac did not work for two nights out of three, hot water not there for one day. Overall not a great experience.

Although a bit hard to reach, it is totally worth it.
Although a bit hard to reach, it is totally worth it. The B&B is located in a small village where cars are not allowed, providing complete serenity. There are some restaurants in the area, but make sure to reserve in time. The host family is great, very friendly!
