I could stay longer before catching my train in Bari, but I had to leave at 9:00 am due to the public transport limitations. The city is really beautiful.
The city is really beautiful. Typical turistic place with a lot of stores that sell souvenirs and restaurants. One night is enough to see all you need. This was a beautiful place to stay in the heart of the Trulli district. We are a family of 4 with 2 college age daughters and this was perfect, in fact, more than perfect. Its easy to do a day trip to Alborobello but you miss what the town looks like at sunset and when all the fairy lights come on so i would advise do at least one night. Easy to base yourself there and do day trips to Monopoli/Polignamare. There is a bus twice daily at height of summer to Ostuni. so loads of travel options.
