We liked everything about Villa Della Mimosa. From the moment we arrived the hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. The property was located in one of the most beautiful areas we have ever visited, and the views were amazing. Shortly after we arrived, we were welcomed with wonderful homemade wine and some afternoon snacks - exactly what we needed after our long journey. We were able to spend some time with Carlo and Lena talking about the town of Alia, where our grandparents were born. We woke up the next day to a delicious breakfast and spent some time just being lazy around the property. We had no idea that Carlo was an award winning chef until we experienced our first dinner at villa mimosa. We can’t wait to stay at this property again as soon as possible. We would highly recommend it to all of our friends and relatives.

We stayed in many hotels during our Sicily trip and this one was truly unforgettable. A beautiful farm setting overlooking rolling hills and farmland. The pool was outstanding. The charm of this hotel is the farm-to-table meal. Every part of that was memorable. Portions were oversized and price was reasonable. Everything was fresh and delicious as it all came from the farm. The tour of the cheese factory and the farm's history by one of the owners was magnificent. There isn't much around the farm to do, but it is a perfect place to unwind if you are between cities and want to experience something different. It was our last day in Sicily and could not have been more magical.

We were a family of 13 ranging in age from 16 to 81 and the hotel pleased all of us for three nights. The hotel had clean comfortable rooms with excellent air conditioning. The pool was great and, though small, the exercise room was adequate. Good breakfast and exceptional staff. A pharmacy and grocery store were nearby. A short but hilly walk to good restaurants.

Very well located in the heart of Caccamo, with the castle and nice restaurants nearby. The stay was great! Everything brand new, from the shower and bathroom details to the bed quality and sheets. Me and my wife had a very good night sleep, with no noise at all. There are free parking places nearby, but if you need assistance you will find Giovanni to help with this and everything else you need. Always available, he makes the difference to your experience! In the bathroom everything was so clean, water pressure and temperature was great, and we found high quality toiletries available. The room has a big wardrobe and also a good armchair and a good desk with a chair. Ah, can’t forget to tell, the breakfast: it will surprise you if you got it included. They do ask you before about your preferences, and things come from a local bakery for our convenience. Me and my wife ate a generous cream croissant 🥐 with a cappuccino, fruits and yogurt each. The place has an elevator, but we used just to lift up our luggage

I had a lovely stay. I was picked up from Caccamo, treated to coffee and accompanied to a shop that was open during the afternoon. I was made comfortable at every moment and felt right at home. The breakfast was amazing!

Modern design, comfortable bed, good shower, spacious. Helpful hosts, willing to help with your problems. Great location. We made a mistake and choose a room with internal courtyard view, better to chose castle view rooms. host was very nice to offer us upgrade to a bit better room, on second floor, free of charge, unfortunately all rooms with Castle view were occupied.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The property is incredibly relaxing with many places to sit and enjoy nature. At arrival, we were met at the entrance and shown to our rooms and greeted with coffee and biscuits. Breakfast was plentiful and great quality. We only tried dinner on one of the nights and it was very tasty. The location is convenient for reaching Cammarata and San Giovanni Gemini with free parking on site. Moreover, it is about 40 minutes from Agrigento by car. On one of the days, we were taken on a tour of the farm and the rest of the property grounds. The overall experience was very homely and personal, we highly recommend visiting if you want to relax. We really enjoyed our short stay and would definitely stay here again in future.
