The apartment was fantastic. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean and was in a convenient location. The kitchen was fully equipped and was able to cook there. The owner was very friendly and spoke English. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Very comfortable apartment. One room with a private bathroom with a tube , sink and toilet, second bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and bidet. In the kitchen: oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine (not Nespresso compatible) and toaster. Enough utensils.. There is a washing machine outside of the apartment that all the apartments can use... and the drying rock. There is a nice pool, a ping pong table and trampoline. A lot of space outside the apartment for dining or chilling. For the summer 🌞 heat there is air conditioning in the living room (we opened there the sofa🛏️ as double bed, that was very comfortable). The heating is working in all the rooms for cold days. There is soap and capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher. Good internet, big Tv in the living room with Netflix and smart tv, enough sockets for charging phones.

This charming and well-located property sits up almost at the top of Amelia’s Centro Storico. There is good parking very nearby, and walking access to the entire historic walled city. It is sloped, of course, so bring good walking shoes. The generously sized rooms are wonderfully whimsical with delightful use of colour and ethnic charm, the beds are large and comfortable, and there is a well-appointed shared kitchen for the guests. The owner, Silvia, is warm and welcoming. This property is excellent value, and I highly recommend a stay here.

Gorgeous Umbrian hill-town. No individual buildings of world-historical importance, but lovely winding streets full of atmosphere. Big enough to have a reasonable choice of shops and cafes, but not so big as to be noisy or tiring.

A lovely spot, perched high on the mountain, with a great view. Some of the streets are quite narrow, which is something to keep in mind if you're driving a large car. The area is great for hiking.

The museum is interesting, well-organized with multimedia...

The museum is interesting, well-organized with multimedia immersion, as are the tower and Roman cisterns. The Romanesque church of Lugnano, one of the most beautiful in Umbria, is a must-see. Nearby Narni is also beautiful, with its underground passageway (but it deserves a separate visit).

I loved the property—a pleasant, peaceful, and well-maintained place. The pool is surrounded by greenery, plants, trees, and flowers. The rooms are very charming, country-style, with unique trompe l'oeil details on the furniture that add a unique touch to each room. The "tower" room is beautiful!

It's a village rich in history and enchanting views, still largely undiscovered by tourism. The food is excellent and you can take a scenic stroll around the walls. Starting from the center, you can explore the area on foot or by bike.

A small town with the essentials: shops, bars, and restaurants. One in particular, La Locanda del Conte Nitto, where we ate throughout our stay, is definitely worth a visit. It's easy to navigate by car, and you can even enter within the city walls.

Lovely country house near Amelia. It's in the middle of nowewhere which was wonderful for us. At the same time you have a lovely town of Amelia nearby as well us the the rest of Umbria within your reach. The host was very reponsive and helpful and the house is gorgeous - it has all the ammenities needed and we've had a great time. Definitely recommend!

The breakfast was wery good, everything we liked. Mara the owner is a very pleasant and helpful person. The surrounding is beautiful, with lot of trees. Our apartment was very comfortable and the beds are very good. The swimmingpool is lovely and we liked very much to relax and enjoy life. Only 8 minutes drive to a supermarked in Amelia.

This is a spacious apartment with lots of comfort and character located in on an upper floor of a period building in the historic centre of Amelia. A very generous selection of coffee, pastries and juices is provided in the room — plus a voucher to have breakfast in a nearby cafe, if preferred.
