I have appreciated the welcoming hosts. The room was beautiful, comfortable and stylish. It was warm and cosy, with a down duvet as well.
I had a nice dinner and I have enjoyed chatting with local people, with hosts and their beautiful doggie, the mascot of the place, which I called " Lo Raperonzollo", like the name of my room.
Lovely breakfast with tasty croissants in the morning.
They also offered me the transport to the station, because it was a bank holiday and the bus was not working.

The location of the hotel was very convenient to many local restaurants, markets, and the best gelato at Biella Gelato & Cafe. It was only a short walk from the hotel to the cathedral and other area sites.
The continental breakfast offered a great selection of Italian foods including meats, yogurt, pastries, and breads. Of course there was someone on hand to make espresso and cappuccinos each morning. This is a wonderful place to stay with an inviting lobby that we enjoyed after long days strolling the area.
