We liked everything about this hotel: staff, room, breakfast, restaurant, cleanliness, and... Leopoldo :). It is surprising how few staff members achieve such high quality. We ended up staying for two nights. Suggestion: try their homemade panettone!

Loved the decorations! From the saxophones to the antique wall maps and paintings, it b my are my stay so relaxing. And the great bicycle storage worked for me. Great value, nice staff, and good breakfast. Highly recommend.

A beautiful home that was very clean and had everything we needed. The host checked on us regularly and was responsive to any questions or requests. Location is amazing—close to train station, Piazza Cavour, restaurants, and grocery store. Definitely would choose to stay there again.

Everything was perfect from the linens on the bed to the plush towels in the bathroom and the snacks in the refrigerator. Our host, Elisa, tended to our every need from helping us carry our bags to choosing a restaurant that served award-winning risotto to driving us there in her personal car and picking us up after dinner and taking us back to our room. Vercelli is an undiscovered treasure in Northern Italy and what makes it so special is not just its food and its culture but the warmth and friendliness of its people.
