After a week of intense schedule and activities with our colleagues, I couldn't have chosen a better place to rest, breath, and connect with nature. A young female sparrow was feeding her younglings, flying up and down from her nest, always stopping mid-way to check her surroundings, making sure she wasn't drawing attention to the little ones.

Excellent stay! The apartment was spotless and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to explain anything we asked. There’s private parking available, which is a big plus, although the entrance from the street is a bit narrow — if another car is passing by, it may need to wait while you carefully enter the yard. The location is ideal for exploring the southern and western beaches of Sardinia, which are between 40 minutes and just over an hour away by car. Getting to the center of Cagliari takes about 20 minutes by car. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-connected base to explore the island!

    Casa Andrea was everything that we needed. Clean, comfortable, private parking, exceptional host. When we arrived host (Renzo) prepared welcome drinks in the fridge, traditional pastry and coffe capsules for the coffe machine. He even thought abouth the kinds. Our stay was very pleasent. He provided us with information about restaurants and he even lent us vacuum cleaner to clena our rent-a-car. We recommend Casa Andrea for families and couples who want good and peaceful stay in Assemini.

    Besides being a very clean hotel, the gym premisse is absolutely amazing. I’m a professional bodybuilder and was able to do my everyday workouts (very well equipped). The staff was all outstanding. I don’t really call out names but Emanuelle (he works at the restaurant) was just amazing! He’s service is excellent and puts the client first making you feel always welcome. If you’re looking to visit Cagliari, look no further for a GREAT place to stay.
