It was at a good location and the facilities very well appointed. The staff, especially the front desk staff were excellent. The recommended restaurant da Divo was excellent. That avoided us to have dinner at the Piazza del Campo. Instructions to reach the hotel was very clear and perfect. Parking instructions were precise. The front desk staff were very courteous and professional.

The property as a whole is magical - it created a sense of wonder, relaxation, down-to-earth vibe and basically everything one might ask for in a leisure location. Some exceptionally great factors to highlight are wonderful staff aleays eager to help and serve but also interact in a personal way if that’s something you like; the pool with it’s facilities; the cucina in either one of the great restaurants, home to a great Chef and staff that are truly on-par with the highest standard of Toscanian fine dining but reasonably priced; the bar and drinks; the Tennis and Fooball Facilities; and of course the rooms which truly hit the balance between ”country romantic” and modern. I think we stayed at one of the cheapest rooms but it too was exceptionally great for a frequent traveller. Must mention that with a rental car, the location is great for day-trips to anywhere in Toscana (Firenze, Siena, Montepulciano, whatever you want to see). 10/10, would recommend for families, couples, elderly, a dog family or basically anyone who wants a pinch of true toscanian warmth and luxury in their life.

We had a fantastic experience at Torre del Fuggisole! The location couldn’t be better right in the heart of Siena, making it easy to explore all the city’s charm on foot. A special mention goes to Sara, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She provided great local recommendations and even went out of her way to try and book a restaurant for us, which we really appreciated even though we didn't succeed with the booking. Our room was spotless, very modern, and the bed was extremely comfortable Highly recommend Torre del Fuggisole for anyone visiting Siena. Also the hotel has a terrace that can be used to have a drink and relax after a day of sightseeing. Now we have to come back for the Palio

Everything was perfect. The hotel is a 13th century beauty, the room was comfortable and very clean, the breakfast was extensive. Mostly the staff were the highlight. So kind, knowledgeable and helpful. It was the best hotel experience of our entire two weeks in Tuscany.

We felt like in a movie, Chianti is unbelievable. The room was very comfortable and clean, everything was taken care of into details, great breakfast, great dinner at the restaurant. Really lovely. We also enjoyed a lot the shared areas of the place and the view from every angle.
