Albergo Giardino was right along the Way of Saint Francis path, and a welcome sight, as I had been walking for five days and this was the end of my leg of the journey this year. The lunch and dinner meals (which are extra) were fantastic! I ate both meals, and they each cost only 20 Euro (and that included all the wine I could drink!). The breakfast was very nice. I also liked that it was only 100 feet from the bus stop (in the Market Square below).

This is an amazing place to stay. Everything was perfect. If you are walking the St Francis Way you should stay here first. New place with everything new. Plus there is a separate kitchen and area to hang out in. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She made us a great breakfast and even packed us a lunch for the walk the next day. Then she even helped us more by driving us up to La Verna 40 minutes away because of the bad weather. She does it all. This is the best place to stay.

Prime location for a quiet getaway. The chapel was charming and an excellent place to pray and reflect. the fresh spring water offered throughout the property was refreshing and tasted pure and crisp.

Probably the best hotel of our summer On August 15th all hotel guests and all the staff had an aperitivo together to celebrate this special day in Italian culture.     The hotel was located in the old town, in a very nice place. The room was not spacious, but quite good for short stay. We have got a nice breakfast in the morning. And there was possibility to park a car on the street nearby. For free! By the way, in the city there are a 5-6 good restaurants you can visit, just remember - on Mondays most of them are closed:)

    A very good surprise, with a hotel bringing a very charming mountain lodge feeling. The experience of the nice drinks and great dinner on the outside terrasse was one of the highlight of our italian trip, with great view on the sunset over the mountains and historic buildings. The hike around the lake was also very enjoyable.
