Perfect for what we needed. Perfect location and very clean! Host was very communicative and went above and beyond - when we got there it was pretty late and she called a restaurant for us and asked if they could stay open for us. Also appreciated the snacks and coffee for breakfast. The place is also super cute. Also loved having coffee on the balcony.

The property is on four levels, a true medieval casa-torre with kitchena and a small bathroom on the ground floor, well equipped, a very nice first floor with an elegant living room, a second floor with two rooms and a bathroom and then a common space under the roof with additional beds. Very spacious and quiet, very warm with individual heat controls at each floor. Patrizia was great in communicating, giving precise instructions and information about the stay and things to do in the area. The area down the alley away from the main street is truly a journey through time.

We were very pleased with the facility. In a perfect location. All friendly and smiling family members make you feel safe and at home. When you enter, wonderful perfume scents fill every corner. Civitta di Bagnoreggio, in all its glory, is right under your feet. There could not be a better location for transportation. You can also wake up to the sounds of birds while looking at the unique view of Tuscany. You can also take a nature walk accompanied by beautiful views. It's definitely a place I want to go again, I highly recommend it.

The owner is very nice, he gave us a lot of suggestions. If you arrive with your car he will provide you a pass to park 100 meters from the structure. He gave us the bigger room even if we booked the smaller one. The room was very nice and clean with all the amenities (including the sleepers). Breakfast is available at a small bar close to the B&B (owner will provide you a coupon…the croissants in that bar are very very good). Of course a visit to Civita di Bagnoregio can be done easily from the B&B.
