The owner is very friendly and kind - we got a room upgrade & the room was spacious, clean, furbished in a modern way. Owner has provided us with information we needed to get around. There was a fridge & coffee machine, safe in the room. We could enjoy lake & mountain views from the windows and balcony. It is located in a quieter area on the lakeside, but there are restaurant areas quite nearby. Facility has quite a big parking lot. Best breakfast selection during our trip - there were meats, cheeses, jams, pastries selection, gluten free options, almond/rice milk, even a real honeycomb. Regular bicycles /ebikes are available at location, too. Overall, great stay, highly recommended!

We were just there for a stopover coming back from Sardinia, and I had booked it because it was fairly cheap and we wanted to have a quick look at the lake before we drove on. But on arriving there we absolutely fell in love with the place! The staff is extremely friendly, from the helpful receptionist to the breakfast cook who is also quite a good singer ;), everyone was very nice and seemed to love working there. The room was, while a bit dated in terms of furniture, clean and extremely comfortable and, my absolute highlight, featuring an old but spotlessly clean bathroom with a decently sized shower (not one of those modern atrocities apparently built by a sci-fi set designer in a fever dream that puts the whole place underwater after a two minute shower), and EVERYTHING WORKED, from the spigots to the lights, a fact that has become pretty unusual these days. The breakfast was great, and the view and surroundings spectacularly beautiful. All in all, a great and charming place to stay that makes you feel at home in every conceivable way!

    The Italian Language was second and English 3rd.

    The Italian Language was second and English 3rd. Kitchen facilities were to a minimal. No laundering facilities available. The launderette was out of order for our whole stay and asking for more money to replace the towels in our appartment was a complete joke as there were no facilities to wash our towels or bathers. Had tempestuous nights. Very frightening if not advised. Remote controllers for 2 out of the 3 TV's were not working. Apart from all the above, the views were spectacular and near by towns, that were a little bit bigger were beautiful in their own right. We personally would not got back.

    Brenzone was quiet in early June which is what we wanted.

    Brenzone was quiet in early June which is what we wanted. It has a limited ferry service during the tourist season. A car is a good idea if you want to use Brenzone as a base and travel around a bit. There are lovely and extensive walks around the lake promenade in both directions from here. There is a DeSpar in the town which can supply most items you will need for your stay. The town of Malcesine is a short drive away and is much busier with tourists, shops and eateries along with a more frequent ferry service to other lake locations.

    We travel on a tight budget and this was great value for us.

    We travel on a tight budget and this was great value for us. The staff were simply lovely. There was no breakfast option which might be seasonal but means a drive down the hill to find breakfast. We knew this and didn't mind.

    If you like a quiet village up on the mountain (15min drive)...

    If you like a quiet village up on the mountain (15min drive) this could be it. You can continue the mountain drive to explore other villages further along the mountain. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops along the way.

    Brenzone sul garda is a collection of smaller villages ,some on the lake and others on the hills overlooking the lake .It was much quieter than the other lakeside towns that we visited .We enjoyed walking on the long promenade /cycle route that runs lakeside and also followed the hiking routes.About 15 minutes drive from Malcisine which is convenient for the ferries on the lake

    It was right on the water which I really enjoyed. The staff was very kind and helpful. They had umbrellas and chairs on the lake to use and parking. Bed was comfortable and there were things like soap and toothbrushes provided. Room.was big and with a view on the lake even though balcony was small. I u debates the charm of this hotel. Location was superb and overall good visit.
