I recently stayed at Kepos and had an unforgettable experience. The room was not only clean and comfortable but also offered breathtaking views of the mountains. Waking up to such a beautiful sight each morning made the stay even more special. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect and the overall ambiance was both relaxing and inviting. I highly recommend Kepos to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. I would definitely return! The hotel is located in the heart of Sicily's pistachio country and many menu items feature pistachio in very creative ways. Located on the western edge of the Mount Etna National Park, the volcano looms, in the distance, as is visible from the hotel.

    We discovered that Bronte is not a walkable town, not a...

    We discovered that Bronte is not a walkable town, not a place that can be easily explored on foot like the many other Sicilian towns we visited. The hills are very steep, there are no sidewalks and there are no taxis in Bronte. I can’t emphasize that enough… no taxis in Bronte! The bus and train do not run on Sundays, so if you don’t have a car and are scheduled to depart on a Sunday, you will be stranded or will have to pay big money for a driver to come get you (our experience). We wish we would have known these details when planning our trip.

    We booked three months ago for the pistacchio festa.

    We booked three months ago for the pistacchio festa. Shortly before we arrived we learned the festival had been moved to a later date. We were unable yo change our plans. If you’re not there for the festival, there’s no reason to go there. There are no taxis in Bronte.

    The room and hotel were very clean, the manager of the hotel was amazing. Really looked after me when my flight was delayed and diverted because of the eruption, so I arrived around 4am which he stayed up to welcome me and provided me with great food and drinks. Very great customer services

    The room is beautiful, with an old-style structure and paintings reminiscent of medieval houses. The bathroom is beautiful, and the location in the historic center is perfect. It’s a great place to enjoy the town of Bronte, no doubt. We would definitely come back.
