The natural beauty of the resort's location left us in awe, with stunning views that created a sense of peace and relaxation. The accommodations at Nikis Resort were nothing short of exceptional. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and provided all the comforts we could have asked for. The attention to detail in the room's design and decor was remarkable, creating an inviting and luxurious atmosphere for our family. The resort's amenities were outstanding. The swimming pool area was a favorite spot for us where we spent hours enjoying the refreshing water and the sun loungers provided. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations, serving delectable dishes made from fresh and locally sourced ingredients. The attentive and friendly staff ensured that our dining experience was always memorable. One aspect that stood out was the exceptional level of service we received throughout our stay. The staff at Nikis Resort went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to our every need. Their genuine care and attention to detail truly made a difference and enhanced our overall experience. Additionally, the resort offers various activities and excursions, allowing guests to explore the natural beauty of the surrounding area. We had a double room in a building that was built into the hillside, entered from stairs underground and then a French door on the opposite side of room that opened to a small shaded area overlooking the vast valley below and the beautiful Montone, a hilltop village straight across the valley. The view was magic and made us smile every morning when we woke. It was then down the path to a small but lovely pool near the mountain edge. We had exploring to do, so regrettably didn't have as much time to spend just relaxing at the venue, as we would have liked. A next visit for this is being planned. We had a delicious and plentiful breakfast each morning with many choices available. It was a 20-30 min walk to Montone, an uphill, and down dale stroll. There are other accommodation types at the B&B, I believe, but we just loved ours. There wasn't air con, but we didn't need it because of the underground nature of the room, and it was very hot out. Montone is a delightful village and was the purpose for our initial stay, however the area has some lovely other villages and a devine winery not if you have a car to explore in.

The room was beautifully decorated and clean with comfortable beds, breakfast was a large selection of pastries, cakes, cereals, fruits and cold meats. Dinner was always very high quality food and the dining area was lovely and cosy with a fireplace.
