Calascibetta is a magical little town off of the normal tourist trail. This is the place if you are looking for a quite town with the most amazing views anywhere you look. We had a wonderful weekend at the Amuri Di Casa! This apartment is centrally located and it is a quick (and hilly) walk to anywhere in town. The apartment was clean and extremely well stocked. Our host was super sweet and helpful, and she made us feel very at home in Calascibetta. We were a family of four and we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for this incredible experience!

Wonderful stay! The couple hosting us was incredibly kind and made us a delicious breakfast with amazing views. The place has such a charming atmosphere and lovely vibes - perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

The owners, Pamela and Pepe, were wonderful. They greeted us warmly, helped us with parking and the luggage, made dinner recommendations and reservations. We felt so welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was a delight. All locally procured savory and sweet delicacies served beautifully in our suite. The suite was gorgeous and well appointed. The shower was really great with lots of extras, especially the view over the countryside and mountaintop town of Calanisetta. The stay was a highlight of our trip through Sicily.

    This little town sits on top of a mountain, built along the...

    This little town sits on top of a mountain, built along the cliffs. It was the hometown for my wife's grandparents, great grandparents, etc. This quaint, very old town, with narrow streets is filled with history. From the Norman castle which is now a church, to the Byzantine caves within the town itself, to the small central square, the town is a delight. The roads are very walkable, but not good for driving. Park it, and take a hike. Don't expect exciting nightlife, just the calm, ancient quiet of this peaceful place. Be sure to stay at Sicilian Center Rooms and you'll be treated to great hospitality.
