For a solo female traveler, I felt safe. Aldo was very helpful and kind, I was allowed to check in late and check out early. Also provided me with different places I could visit. Although I didn't speak Italian he was very helpful using Google translate. The place was calm and peaceful.

This hotel was minutes from the train station and about 10 minutes from the ferry terminal to Villa San Giovanni - you appreciate that when hauling too much luggage. We had an initial problem with another guest who was constantly hacking and coughing in an adjoining room, so the hotel upgraded us to a corner room, which was fabulous. It had views over the city to the mountains, and some harbour glimpses. Breakfast was excellent range of things. Best we experienced in Italy. On the whole, we enjoyed ourselves so much, we extended our stay an extra night.

A beautiful, spacious apartment with an amazing view of the ocean! Giuseppe did everything to make sure our stay was memorable and comfortable. We were only staying in Reggio Calabria overnight, but we will definitely stay here next time we visit. Perfect for longer stays!
