Our stay was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with every question and request. The place itself was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, and everything was very clean. The dinner was the best meal we had on our trip, and the breakfast was amazing as well. Breakfast was perfect. Service was excellent. Gave the feel of a family run Hotel but was done very professionally. Secured parking was a short walk away but was glad to get a safe spot. Train station was directly across the street giving us access to Siena and Florence. Room was very comfortable. Really liked this place.
