Owner was very helpful, courteous, friendly, and eager to please. While he could not speak English as I am American, he was still able to communicate using translation on his phone. He was very helpful and informative about Mistretta. The room has great potential. It was a lovely spacious layout For one or two people. The view from the breakfast area was awesome. Great, vantage point. The common areas looked quite nice although I did not use them. Owner was an excellent host.

Marcello runs an excellent B&B! He is a wonderful host and he puts out a fantastic breakfast every morning of your stay. The B&B’s location is great and walkable to eateries and shopping. And it is also right near the bus stop, which we took to get to Nicosia from Palermo, and then onto Catania. The B&B rooms are so nice. The beds are comfortable and everything is so clean. This was our 2nd stay with 3 family members at the B&B from a year and a half ago, and it was just as great as before. This time though was even greater for us, as Marcello helped us in discovering two cousins in the area of whom we had never met. It was the highlight of our trip this time!

Magnificent scenery of etna and the hills surrounding troina as a backdrop to a stunningly renovated farm building made our stay breathtaking. On top of this the owners were exceptionally kind and made every effort to cater to our needs and requests. They arranged horse riding for the children in our party and went out of their way to add items to their breakfast to make it even more delicious.
