If you come by car, this is the perfect location. Free parking, leave the car in the garage, and visit CinqueTerre by public transport - starting with the bus that stops in front of the hotel. The hotel secretly upgraded our room, which was quite a pleasant surprise. The room was on the bottom floor, with a huge terrace. The building is really interesting architectually. It has a hexagon shape. There's a lift right in the middle and stairs spiral around it. And then there's corridors and rooms conforming to the shape in various ways. Truly a work of art. The location is convenient. Breakfast was great, lot's of choices. Even a raclette. The staff was really friendly and helpful during all interactions: at night during check-in, at breakfast and check-out!
