As i marked out above it was excellent! And it was according to my expectations. The location is perfect, the breakfast was fine- the cappucino I had was great! Thank for the bottle with water I have on the desk! The terrace was good to have access to!

After having an awful experience at another place in Piombino, we had to leave immediately and find somewhere to stay last minute in high season and we’re so grateful we found this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. They even upgraded our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture and exactly what we needed after a very very stressful day. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable — a true breath of fresh air. The whole hotel had a calm, well-kept atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Everyone we interacted with was kind and efficient, and even though we could only stay one night (as they were fully booked after), we would have happily stayed longer. Also worth mentioning — the prices for poolside snacks and drinks were fair and reasonable, which is refreshing to see at a hotel, especially after such a last-minute booking. The property was filled with trees and flowers that smelled so good. This stay turned our day around and reminded us what good hospitality looks like. Highly recommend!

It’s hard to know where to start with the many accolades I can give. From reception to cleanliness to the fabulous grounds, this place is a gold medal winner. A great location as it is a short drive to the quaint city center of Cecina. Also a short drive to some of the best SANDY beaches in Western Italy. Be prepared for a fabulous breakfast and the best overall value of anywhere I have stayed in all of Italy!!! Don’t let the low cost fool you, go!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are fantastic, so attentive and friendly. The breakfasts are amazing and I am sure the restaurant is in the evening, although we didn't have the chance to eat there. The pool and grounds are so well kept. There is a little bar next to the pool, and drinks and snacks are served all day. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely couple of days.

    Beautiful apartment and the whole facility/ area in which is very good atmosphere. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast and restaurant, gym, or pool. The children also loved the availability of some older bicycles for guests to move within the facility. Overall, very relaxing premises where you can find excellent location for discover the beauty of Tuscany. We also appreciate very much a good sleep and rest in the apartment. The owners are very nice people, always willing to advise you about possible trips in the region.

    The apartment is pretty big, modern building, very nice garden, beach is not far. Although there is no A/C it is not that hot if you close window blinds during the day. The host is decent and non-intrusive. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need, insect nets, washing machine, big fridge, TV. We wished to stay for more than one night, maybe next year.

    The location was near the E80 road which was perfect for a stop to the airport. The family run accommodation with pool made a relaxing stay. The staff were family members and very helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation.
